The Waters Edge Brass (formerly Polished Brass) is an exciting brass quintet with a sound all its own. This muchin- demand ensemble is known for its original style of presenting music spanning six centuries: from classical to popular and jazz styles. The group has recently appeared to acclaim at the 2005 closing ceremonies of the Women"s US Open Tennis Finals in Arthur Ashe stadium alongside recording stars Edina Menzel and Il Devo. Committed to presenting works of living composers, the quintet has given premieres and performed works of many local New York and New Jersey artists. The Fabulous Fezziwigs The Fezziwigs reflect the festive spirit of Mr. and Mrs. Fezziwig, hosts of a rousing party in Dickens' classic tale. You've probably seen them before - this is the quartet that leads the caroling at New York's renowned Tavern on the Green every Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! These talented singers, who have been caroling since 1997, appear in gorgeous Victorian costumes, present songs of the season from traditional 19th Century carols to contemporary favorites.
